Thank you for choosing rotplug. We aim to provide the best AI-powered experience for your social interactions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

Due to the digital nature of our services (AI-generated content and Credits), "Packs" purchased on our site are typically non-refundable once the service has been utilized. AI generations consume immediate server resources and GPU power.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window for purchases under the following strict conditions:

  • Zero Consumption: You have not used any Credits from the purchased Pack.
  • No Feature Access: You have not accessed or utilized any premium features included in the tier (e.g., you have not opened the "Rizz Wizard" tool or removed watermarks from any generation).
  • No Social Perk Claimed: You have not claimed or linked your Discord account to receive the "Private Discord Role" associated with the "Whale Mode" or "The Plug" packs.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Any portion of the Credits in the Pack has been spent.
  • You have generated any AI content using the purchased tier.
  • The 14-day window from the date of purchase has expired.
  • Your account has been banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content).

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@rotplug.com with the following information:

  • Your Order ID (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The reason for your request.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any issues. Please note that initiating a "Chargeback" or "Dispute" through your bank or Apple Pay before contacting us will result in the permanent suspension of your account and the forfeiture of all remaining Credits.
