- Our Site provides AI-powered content generation, including but not limited to "Roast Mode" and "Rizz Wizard".
- Access to these features requires the purchase of "Credits."
- Virtual Currency: Credits are virtual items with no monetary value. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Feature Gating: Certain tiers (e.g., "The Plug" or "Whale Mode") grant specific privileges such as "No Watermarks" or "Private Discord Roles." These privileges are active only while you have an active balance or as defined by the specific pack purchased.
3. Payments and Billing
- All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
- By purchasing a "Pack," you agree to the price and billing frequency (if applicable) shown at checkout.
- Lemon Squeezy handles all global sales tax and compliance.
4. Refund Policy
- All sales are final once Credits are consumed. Because AI generation and premium feature unlocks (like "Rizz Wizard" or "Alpha Access") incur immediate server costs, we cannot offer refunds once any portion of the Credits has been used.
- Unused Packs: If you have purchased a Pack but have not used any Credits and have not accessed any premium features, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to use our AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates the privacy of others.
- Automated "botting" or scraping of our Site is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our AI services are provided "as is." While we strive for "God-tier Aura," AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI-generated response (especially in "Rizz" or "Roast" modes).
7. Limitation of Liability
rotplug and Lemon Squeezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
